* Includes: all course material, coffee breaks refreshments and the field study visits. Lunch will provided on study visit days.

PAYMENTS
Payment must be made by bank transfer to our babk account, details of which will be provides in the acceptance letter.

MEALS & REFRESHMENTS
All morning and afternoon break time refreshment are included in the programme.
Light refreshment and coffee break snacks will be served and will include hot and cold beverages, fresh pastries, etc. Water fountains are available across the campus and water bottles will be provided.
Lunch will be provided during the field visits on Thursday and Friday. On other dates, participants may dine at the IESE self-service restaurant, the cafeteria or nearby establishments.
Application Process
The admission process entails the following:
1 - Participants complete and submit the online application.
2 - The Administrator will acknowledge the receipt of the application and inform the successful applicants.
3 – An invoice will be issued with our bank details requesting to submit payment. Registration is confirmed once payment is received. Further information including travel and accommodation options will be emailed to registered applicants.
4 - Two weeks before the start date, participants receive course information pack, suggested reading list, course material and joining instructions.
Visas
If you need a supporting letter for a visa to enter the EU, please register immediately without including the payment. We will provide a letter promptly. You will pay once you receive your visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the programme start date. Cancellation requests made after that period are subject to an administration charge of 25% of the tuition fee. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel this edition or modify the dates up to 30 days prior to its start. Under no circumstances we take responsibility for travel expenses incurred.

THE VENUE AND HOW TO GET THERE
The course will be held at IESE Business School which is consistently ranked among the world's best business schools for MBA programmes and Executive Education. IESE’s Barcelona campus is located in the wooded hillside of the Pedralbes neighbourhood, just 20 minutes from downtown and from the airport.
The city has multiple public transport options that serve the Pedralbes area including the FGC (Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat), metro and taxi.
By FGC: L6 line to Reina Elisenda (15 Min walk to campus)
By Metro: Line 3 (Green) > to Zona Universitaria (20 Min walk to campus)
