The subscription process

Subscribing on-line to the Cluster Competitiveness Report is a quick and straightforward process.

Before clients begin the subscription process it is very important that they are made aware that some clusters will benefit more from the Cluster Competitiveness Report than others.

For this reason a list of recommendations has been drawn up which outline the stage of development a cluster would ideally be at in order to fully enjoy the benefits offered. If you have not yet examined this list of recommendations, go to recommended characteristics now.

The first step is to subscribe on-line. Here you will be asked to enter some details about your organization, to provide the name and address of a contact person who will receive all correspondence from the Foundation. You will also be given the opportunity to calculate the total fees to be paid.

The cost to subscribe

A start-up fee of 10,000 EUR must be paid per cluster being registered. Consult the table below to see if you are eligible for a further discount. Each cluster will also be required to pay an annual maintenance fee of 5,000 EUR from the second year on.

Number of clusters being registered Start-up fee per cluster
Fewer than 8 clusters 10,000 EUR
Between 8 and 10 clusters 7,500 EUR
More than 10 clusters 5,000 EUR

After subscribing to the Foundation you will receive a phone call from a Cluster Competitiveness Report representative in order to finalize your subscription. You will then be sent your user login name and password by email and may start the survey immediately.
